The bill also suggests expand powers of the state authority regarding their implementation, establish rights of its officials, specify officials and objects provided with state protection, ensure proper level of social protection for the personnel, as well as improve cooperation with public authorities, etc.
It was stated during the meeting that the aim of the bill is further development of Department of the State Guard of Ukraine, its organizational structure, staffing, social and legal protection, cooperation with other public authorities in the sphere of ensuring state protection, etc.
The Committee members claim the bill’s adoption will promote efficiency of state protection, providing proper level of social protection for military men implementing measures on ensuring state protection.
